We collect the information you provide when you sign up: name, email, academy name and usage data. We also collect technical information such as IP address, browser type and pages visited to improve the service.
We use your information to: (a) provide and improve the service; (b) send you account-related communications (activation, trial reminders, invoices); (c) provide technical support; (d) comply with legal obligations. We do not use your information for third-party advertising.
Data is stored on Supabase servers (AWS us-east-2). We implement per-tenant data isolation via Row Level Security (RLS). We use HTTPS for all communications and perform periodic backups.
Student, guardian and teacher data you enter on the platform belongs to your academy. We act as data processors on your behalf. We do not access that data except for authorized technical support or legal compliance.
We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties, except: (a) service providers necessary to operate (Supabase, Resend for emails); (b) when required by law or court order; (c) with your explicit consent.
We retain your data while your account is active. Upon cancellation, we keep the data for 30 days so you can export it. After that period, we delete it securely. You can request earlier deletion by writing to us.
You have the right to: access your information, correct inaccurate data, request deletion, port your data (export), and object to certain uses. To exercise these rights, write to us at hola@clavensapp.com.
We use only strictly necessary cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies.
We will notify significant changes by email 30 days in advance. Continued use implies acceptance.
