Do I need to train my teachers?

Can I bill by package and by monthly plan at the same time?
Yes. You can have students on class packages and others on monthly plans within the same academy, each with their own billing model.
Does it work for dance, arts or other disciplines besides music?

Does it work for both group and individual classes?

Can I migrate from Excel or Google Sheets?
Yes. We offer XLSX import for teachers and students. For mid-size academies, we offer migration support during your trial period.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data is yours. If you cancel, you'll have read access for 30 days to export your information. We don't retain data or charge for exports.
Does Clavens'app replace my accounting software?
No. It organizes the academic operation: classes, internal billing, payroll and students. For formal accounting and electronic invoicing, keep using your current tool.
Is pricing available in Colombian pesos?
Pricing is set in US dollars for all academies. Academies in Colombia can alternatively pay in pesos through MercadoPago: Essential ~$89,000 COP, Plus ~$229,000 COP and Pro ~$409,000 COP per month (rate ~4,600 COP/USD). International cards in USD are also accepted.
