Clavens'app is a management platform for music, dance and arts academies. By signing up, you agree to use the service only to manage the legitimate operation of your academy. You may not use the platform for illegal or fraudulent activities, or those that violate third-party rights.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. Each academy is an independent tenant and its data is isolated from other tenants.
The service is provided under a monthly or annual subscription model with automatic renewal: by subscribing to a plan, you authorize the recurring charge of the plan's price each period until you cancel. Prices are shown in USD (with a COP equivalent for reference). You may cancel at any time by writing to clavensapp@gmail.com; no further charges will be made and access remains active until the end of the paid period.
Your data and your academy's data belong to you. We do not sell or share it with third parties without your consent, except when required by law. Upon cancellation, you will have read access for 30 days to export your information.
We strive to keep the service available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform maintenance with advance notice whenever possible.
Clavens'app is not liable for data loss caused by user error, nor for indirect damages arising from use of the service. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 3 months.
We may update these terms with 30 days' advance notice by email. Continued use of the service after that notice implies acceptance.
